This is often a rust problem area; the rear kick-up just behind the seats where the frame travels up over the rear wheels. Fortunately, this area is still as strong as the rest of the frame on this car.

Ready for paint The frame has been washed with POR-15's "Metal Ready" and then vacuumed in preparation for painting.
It's painted


Two coats of POR-15 Gloss Black were brushed on the frame, followed by spraying of one coat of Tremclad (similar to Rustoleum) Gloss Black to prevent "UV" fading.
